All of our large cakes in our cabinet are Ali Glowing's creation. She specialises in her gluten free masterpieces whose recipes she has worked tirelessly for years to perfect. We all know it can sometimes be tricky to find a good gluten free cake, especially if it’s vegan too, but we have discovered that with the testing Ali has done over years, she really has found the secret to the yummiest wholefood creations! Organic Japanese Strawberries Cake

This cake is GF, vegan, and completely refined sugar-free.

Inspired by a recent trip to Japan, this dessert celebrates simplicity and balance. Made with fresh organic strawberries, real vanilla beans from Indonesia, and organic, sustainably harvested seed-oil-free red palm oil, it’s light and delicate, with a naturally sweet flavour that isn’t overpowering.

Soft layers are paired with a light and fluffy vegan buttercream with raw organic strawberry compote with a fresh, sweet and zesty balance of flavours, creating a cake that feels indulgent yet wholesome.

Zesty Lemon Cake

This delicious cake is GF, DF and Vegan!

Ali uses only the most quality ingredients, including fresh local lemons for it's signature zesty flavour. This lemon cake is moist and fluffy, using her very own specialty gluten free flour mix.

Cinnamon Swirl Cake

This delicious cake is GF, Vegan and totally refined sugar-free.

There's something nice about a bit of spice! Our staff have been craving this cake as the weather has begun to cool down, there's something about winter and delicious spices that pair so well. This cake is best enjoyed with a cup of coffee or a pot of chai on one of our comfy arm chairs in the front room.

With gluten-free flour made with omega walnuts and the best ingredients, this is a cake it absolutely guilt free!
